How qualifiedMEETINGS Executive Account Based Management Works
We provide you with a team of sales development representatives, called PODS, or professional outsourced development teams. These PODS are structured as a 3-Pod POC, 6-Pod (standard), or 10-Pod executive sales team.
Talent and Training
Companies struggle with recruiting, training and maintaining talent. We understand the DNA of the best SDRs and ISRs and have a defined process to hire not only those with the resume, but the personality that will result in a top performer. Once they have been hired, SDRs/ISRs attend our intensive training program and undergo continuing education, mentoring and sales training to ensure the success of the program and their futures in sales.
Each POD (Professional Outsourced Development team) reports to a Director of Sales Operations who oversees and manages execution of the programs, making adjustments to achieve the program goals. Each POD also has an SDR Team Lead who is responsible for being on the front lines and recommending program adjustments in real time. We operate in PODs of 3, 6 and 10 SDRs, providing effective territory coverage and the flexibility to scale as your sales organization grows.
A cornerstone to our success is our proprietary dialing platform, The Optimizer®. The Optimizer was developed to more efficiently and effectively generate qualifiedMEETINGS by increasing call capacity, automating our 23-52 Touch processes, and incorporating ongoing training throughout the SDRs workday.
Your program is managed by a dedicated program manager who is responsible in coordinating the program build, client onboarding, CRM tool integration and ongoing program metrics reporting. Your program manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales Operations to ensure resources are following our processes and methodology to ensure the highest chance for success of our programs.
